Recent zigbee update has introduced a number of weird problems for some people. Definitely contact support.
You can try turning off OTA updates in your account and then doing a forced resynchronization by taking your hub off power (including removing any batteries) and leaving it off power for at least 20 minutes were leaving your other zigbee devices on power. This will do a heal if your zigbee network and may help. Or may not, but it’s worth a try.
