Z-Wave Switch going offline, still responds to commands?

I have over 40 GE Z-Wave switches and dimmers in my house, and they all work very well and reliably. However, one of them has been giving me trouble recently. This particular switch will show as Offline if not used for roughly an hour. What’s odd, is that I can still control the switch through the app, and as soon as I do, it comes back online:

Any idea what is causing this and how to make it stop? Is there anything I can do diagnose this? So far, I have tried switching the driver, but that didn’t fix it. Next thing I’m going to try is removing it and readding it.

What driver did you switch it to?

Sorry, hard to see the tiny images (just me)

I’ve tried using the generic smartthings Z-wave switch driver, and the GE/Jasco specific one. Same issue happens with both. Hoping it’s not a physical issue with the switch, because other than it showing offline, it works perfectly.

Try @philh30 ge edge drivers

Sorry, should have been more specific. That’s the GE specific one I’m using. All 42 of me GE switches and dimmers have been switched over to that. I’m only having this offline issue with one of them… and it happens with that driver and the standards smarthings one.

Run z-wave repair and see if any errrors appear. Check other z-wave devices to see if they are working in the app. Just a start…

Also, try excluding the switch and pairing it again.
