Z-Wave Relay (2 dry contact relays) and Digital Input Sensor (1) in 2025

I’m looking for device recommendations for a Z-Wave product that has two output relays and one digital input sensor, in 2025, that is readily compatible with SmartThings and Ring (which also uses Z-Wave). US market. The device can be powered by main power or low voltage power. It’s going to be put inside a junction box with a Truth Sentry II WLS Motor System.

The system has two momentary inputs (i.e., relay-activated) to tell it to “open” and “close” a window. It also has one output (connected to a digital input sensor) that communicates whether the window is fully closed or not fully closed (i.e., at least a little bit open).

I would prefer that the relay/sensor fit in a North American 1-gang, 2-gang, or 3-gang box. However, it doesn’t have to, especially if it’s low voltage, in which case I can just hide it inside a cupboard without any particular enclosure.

This request is very similar to my request six months ago for a Zigbee device to automate the same Truth Sentry II WLS system, but in my request I wanted a 4-output, 2-input Zigbee device. In this case I’m only looking for 2 outputs and 1 input and I want Z-Wave.

I found the Zooz ZEN16 and Zooz ZEN17 relays. They meet all the specs (including SmartThings and Ring advertised compatiblity) except they are pretty big. Anything else?
