About 3 to 5 days ago my app stopped receiving updates from my hub. It shows the wrong sensors are open and closed from what is actually happening. Also, when I try to remotely arm the system it looks like it did not take from the app but the system does arm. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling app with no luck. I turned off device health. Tried Zwave repair. No luck

Have you contacted SmartThings support?
It was an issue ok both SmartThings and SmartThings classic app.
Just fixed it by restarting hub but removing batter and rebooting and then re-connecting to WiFi.
Contacted support but did not hear back.
