Using a 3rd Gen Hub and trying to add this z-wave repeater. This model has no QR code on it, so I add by scanning for devices near me.
It gets added as a switch and if I try to edit the driver, there is no option to choose the correct driver.

You might want to first make sure the hub is recognizing the device correctly, if you have not already done so. The following post from @JDRoberts describes the symptoms and how to identify an incorrectly-paired device…
If you are having trouble pairing a device and get the message that there is no matching fingerprint, the first thing to do is go to the advanced page of the web interface to your account and check the details.
(Other symptoms might be that it only pairs as a basic zwave switch, or it pairs, but is not controllable. But the point is if there are zeros or blanks in the manufacturer and product ID fields, it hasn’t paired correctly yet.)
