SmartThings going balls up. Most of my devices have gone offline just now. Rebooting the hub didn’t help. Presence sensors coming and going. Smart bulbs can’t be controlled as most are offline; the ones online might as well be offline as they can’t be controlled.
What’s going on?

Report the issue directly to ST support. 
Asking to have it fixed in the forum is not the proper way since the forum is not visited by support staff on a regular basis.
Last night for ten minutes:
32 out of 60 devices (mostly Thread and Zigbee), WiFi devices (cameras, presence sensor, air purifier, …) not affected.
Already reported along with a log via Contact Us in the app
No issues on EU servers
Now mostly back to normal. Had a couple of hours of fun and games but they all eventually came back online apart from a couple of Xiaomi contact sensors.
