@Brad_ST , is it the new norm? There are a few recent posts about ghost automations. Or unknown triggers. What is causing these? Will these issues fixed somehow?
I have a relatively simple set-up: perhaps six modules, plus the ST hub, a few sensors, Alexa integration, LANNouncer (I wrote it - so I’m no newbie) and two Z-Wave blinds, each with a dedicated button controller as well as integrated.
In the last week or so, with no new modules, the system has gotten “wonky.” Controlling one of the blinds with the button-controller turns on, but to 1%, one of the lights. Something else is doing the same (but 5%) to another light. And a relay module also has toggled with no discernable (yet) pattern.
This wasn’t happening two weeks ago. And, looking at the logs, I can see that no commands were sent, just that their status changed. Where-as all other changes show the command changing them.
Has anyone else been experiencing this? What should I check…
Recall from my earlier post that an incorrect activation was occurring at 1:15 PM. Earlier this morning, before setting up and running my testcases, I started by deleting the devices. After doing so, I verified that the ST app displayed no devices and no automations. I then added the two window shade devices back and set up and ran my tests described above.
Well, it is now 1:23 PM and I just checked the ST app’s history to see if the invisible 1:15 PM automation activated again. Sigh - it did. Even though it activated, at least it didn’t cause any device action, as seen by a lack of such entries in history.
Although that invisible automation now does not cause any device activity, it does leave annoying activation messages in history (yeah, I’m particular that way ).

Hello! Recently I faced with some strange behavior of my devices. Started to troubleshoot it and found in logs that some automations, I already removed from the app, are still works (e.g. change location mode and change my TRV temperature).
Is there are any possibility to find a full list of active automations and fine tune them, beside smartphone application? Thank you a lot!
