Does anyone have any idea why my washer/dryer will not connect via SmartThings? The model is WD90T534DBN/S1. I managed to connect once back in April 2021 but it stopped working and I want to reconnect.
I’ve worked through the steps as per the manual, turned everything off an on, etc and have spoken to support today and worked through the steps but it will not connect.
Welcome any advice before I email support and raise a ticket (as advised by the support adviser).
Many smart appliances will only work on 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. If you have both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz for the same Wi-Fi network name, try disabling 5Ghz for that network. If that isn’t an option, perhaps set up a secondary wireless network name which is only using 2.4Ghz.
