Voice/video call connections drop when moving between smartthings mesh network hubs

Every time my laptops/phones/tablets switch between my two smart things mesh network hubs the connection breaks and have to redial. Same for skype, whatsapp, Teams, Zoom, speedtests, pings etc. Same with LAN cable or wireless between the two hubs. RF strength excellent.

This has been a problem since I purchased the hubs and I have opened various tickets with Samsung throughout the years. My only workaround so far is having only 1 hub on air (no mesh network…)

The Wifi firmware version (as per the Plume HomePass app) is 2.2.0-16-notgit-prod which is years old and has never been updated. ET-WV525.

Anybody else suffering from this problem?
