V2 Hub in with EU account

Hello,

I have got a used v2 hub which is US version and trying to add it to my eu account but i always getting the connection error on the step where i enter the welcome code. Is there any solution for that?

Hello thanks for the answer but i have already reset the hub. The problem is about the region. If i try it with a us region account it works just fine.
