Update wiped out everything

My app updated last night and my app and hub appear completely blank. I had tons of devices, rooms, scenes, and automatons. Does anyone know of a way to get those back or am I just screwed?

Well, that’s helpful. Does anyone know of any type of restore that support can initiate? There does not appear to be anything in the app to restore or backup .

According to the person I talked with on the phone at Samsung, there’s nothing they can do. You’ll have to manually fix it.

Thanks Samsung. I waited 3 hours+ for a callback to find out I might as well just re-do everything myself.

It looks like my specific issue was caused by a simple account error on my part. The update wiped out my account credentials and i used the wrong account .

Good news for you Lewis. Glad you figured it out. I can see my stuff, it’s just spread over two locations.
