I wouldn’t expect any compensation. Frankly, there’s not much they can offer. The only part of my ST investment that’s currently broken is the $100 hub. What are they gonna do… give me a free hub? I already have one. I don’t want a free multi sensor. I want a working hub.
There was another massive service disruption back in October 2014. (That also happened to be the month that I purchased my hub… bad timing, I guess). Fire, anger, pitchforks… the whole thing. We didn’t get any compensation. Here’s the thread if you want to look:
