Unable to delete Modes

I’m trying to delete a few unused ‘Modes’ from SmartThings but it just keeps telling me ‘Unable to Delete’. Anyone eles having this problem.

Have you deleted every device and action from them ?

Yes, that was my first port of call when I tried earlier today.
It’s also showing me a shorter list of Modes on the Mobile App to the web system.

[Update] Sorted it, IFTTT was the culprit.
