Ultra Pro Wall Switch problems

I just built an addition on to my home and installed Ultra Pro Wall Switches and dimmers throughout. I’m having issues with them not reporting on/off correctly. Example, I voice command through Alexa and they work fine, however when I physically toggle switch to on, they don’t show on in Smartthings - or when I command via Alexa to turn off after manually toggling on, it stays on in Smartthings even though the lights are off. Basically, manually toggling switch does not report on Smartthings. Commanding via Alexa does show in Smartthings accurately.

I’m also having the issues of them just going offline randomly and pulling the air gap to cut power and then pushing back in to power seems to fix it for a time.

Anyone having similar issues or know a fix?

Those may be better supported by a community developed driver. Please go to the device card panel, click on the 3-dot menu and then Information. Take a screenshot and post here. Also on the same menu you will find Driver. Take a screenshot of that as well.

The switch is supported by the Z-Wave Switch CS driver maintained by @csstup. Subscribe to his channel here, enroll your hub, install the driver, and then switch drivers in the app or AWA. Sometimes it’s better to exclude the device from the hub and re-pair it so that the Init lifecycle runs, but do that if if appears the device is acting peculiar after switching drivers.

The dimmer switch fingerprint is not in his driver so take the device information screenshot and post a request to add it in this topic. Also include the specific vendor model number which is something like ZWN1234. Corey should respond in that topic.
