Yes, there is no way to fix it at this point due to Google dropping the Nest API for integration for new integrations. Existing integrations are fine unless you disconnect and after that you are out of luck since you will not be able to reconnect now.

Iām having the same issue. I canāt get this uninstalled 
My problem was that i had mobile apps both android and ios in use, i removed ios, and was able to delete.
Iām pretty sure Iām doing this correctly. The current text is āUninstallā, not ādeleteā, yes? Iām in a crazy catch 22 trying to move my Hue lights from the V2 to the V3 hub. I canāt delete my old lights from the IDE, because WebCore uses them. I canāt delete WebCore because (I think) they reference my old lights. The WebCore engine wonāt save my changes, so I canāt just delete the lights from the pistons. Iām hoping for an option that doesnāt include rebuiliding a home system with literally hundreds of lights, sensors, buttons, switches, etc.
Sorry, my post is almost 5 years old by now and I have not had that issue for a while. But I just checked and it says āUninstall ā for me. Good luck!
