I am hoping someone can help me out with this.
Everytime I attempt to delete my smartapp I receive this error:
“This SmartApp can’t be deleted at this time because it is installed by one or more users”
It isn’t installed by any users, and I’ve even gone so far as to install it/uninstall it from my phone to see if I could clear whatever state this is stuck in. No luck…
Anyone have any other suggestions for getting this off my list of smartapps on the website?
Just curious what device is it and did you try deleting it from the ide?
In the ide, on the my locations page, you can find a list of smartapps. It can be deleted from the there.

I am getting the same issue. “This SmartApp can’t be deleted at this time because it is installed by one or more users.” Trying to delete MyQ garage from MySmartApps. In the ide–my locations page list of smartapps its not listed. But on under MySmartApps its listed “copy-ninja : MyQ”. Tried to delete it from there and thats when I get the error. This is on Smartthings hub 2. Also deleted all references to MyQ on my iphone.
Ok I resolved it, had to write over code with a switch and save then able to delete. Odd workaround.
@sprkthead2: May I ask which switch you overwrote with? I’ve got a SmartApp Gone Wild that won’t delete and is useless and I’d like to purge…
I have the same issue that @stevehaddox and I cannot resolve. Help on how to overwrite the code and get control to delete would help. Nothing else here seems to work.
