Thermostat not working correctly after Syncing

Hey there. I’m new to this stream…wondering how to fix this on my system. I just replaced a nonfunctional maestro thermostat with this model, which I had purchased a few years back as a spare, and it’s not working correctly once synched. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When you mention that the thermostat is not working, could you please clarify what you’re seeing? For example, is it not reporting status, not receiving commands, or something else?

Since the device is currently connected, could you please share the device fingerprints as shown in the Advanced Users view? And also, let us know the device name as it appears in the app.

Please enable account access so we can review your setup,

  1. Confirm the email account registered in the forum is the same one you use for SmartThings. If not, please share it with me over DM.
  2. Enable support access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.
