The ZIGBEE module will not operate after it is updated to version 000.029.008

Hello.
I am using Samsung Connect home pro.
The ZIGBEE module will not operate after it is updated to version 000.029.008.
I remember the previous version as 000.017.xxxx, but it worked well then.
We are unable to communicate with all the zigbee equipment in the house. I’m in a very difficult situation right now.
If you try to restart the hub, reset the hardware, the zigbee module turns on for a few seconds, but it goes off within a few seconds.
Is there anyone who’s in the same as me?

ZigBee

  • State: Not detected
  • Version: 3.0.55
  • EUI: 000B57FFFE4CBF0E
  • Channel: 255
  • Node ID: FFFE
  • Pan ID: FFFF
  • OTA: disabled
  • Unsecure Rejoin: false

What is the model number for your hub? The only hubs on 29.8 are the SmartThings v2 (2015) and v3 (2018) hubs. Other hubs should be on different versions of the firmware.

The following support page would list the firmware versions for each hub…

But if your zigbee State is not detected, you should contact ST support and let them look at your hub.

I think so
Samsung Connect Home is the correct version of OOO.027.00010.00010 (27.10) but my hub has the wrong version.
Firmware updates have been automatically made (while sleeping…Firmware updated)
Can I upgrade or downgrade the firmware manually?

I believe your best option would be to contact ST support. I wish I could offer you more assistance

Thank you, Jkp.
Thanks to you, I found that the version is different.
I will contact Samsung Smartings team as you give me advice.
Thank you very much.

Good luck! I hope you get it resolved

Let us know if you get it working again.
