Struggling with my new Q95T TV

Evening all,

I’ve been struggling to connect my TV to the smart things app. I get 1 of 2 different errors. 01-001 or 03-007

Any suggestions? I’ve restarted my phone. Turned the tv off at the power. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app Reset the tv im little stuck

Any help would be great

Is your phone and TV on the same wifi SSID and/or can you try just your 2.4ghz vs. 5?

Thanks for the reply. Can confirm that both devices on 5gz network

I’ll try putting both on 2.4 and see if I get a better result
