Strange behavior

Since yesterday, the ST hub is behaving weird. I have several pistons, some based on time, some based on motion. They all stopped working. I posted to WC forum, but no help. All the logs can be found here.

So, I decided to pause all pistons and use Smart Lighting for time and motion based light on/off. Even that is not working. The lights were supposed to turn on at sunset, they did not. Motion sensors are detecting motion, but lights are not turning on.

I am using ST classic app and all the devices and scenes are working fine from the app, just not through Smart Lighting or WebCore. I have rebooted the hub from utilities and also by powering it off and removing the batteries. No luck. What else can I do for troubleshooting? So far, it seems that the hub is not generating any event. Any help will be appreciated.

login to IDE at https://account.smartthings.com and go to My Locations and click on the name of your Location. Are your time zone and sunrise/sunset times correct?

Yes, they are correct. The issue is not with timezone. Even motion based programs are not working.
