ST support not supporting ST apps?

I’m sorry for the trouble with Gentle Wake Up. That is a custom SmartApp, so we don’t officially support it, but I can still take a look to see if something unusual is going on. Just give me the go head!

Also, what level does the Gentle Wake up start at before it reaches 100% and stops?

It’s in the Maketplace and says “by SmartThings” so I don’t think there is any ambiguity; I’d assume full support.

Probably just a little misunderstanding. Since she’s offering to help anyway,I wouldn’t worry about the disclaimer for now; not sure who to tag to do a double-check… perhaps @ryanh?
