ST support not supporting ST apps?

Thanks for writing in.

I’m sorry for the trouble with Gentle Wake Up. That is a custom SmartApp, so we don’t officially support it, but I can still take a look to see if something unusual is going on. Just give me the go head!

Also, what level does the Gentle Wake up start at before it reaches 100% and stops?

It’s in the Maketplace and says “by SmartThings” so I don’t think there is any ambiguity; I’d assume full support.

Probably just a little misunderstanding. Since she’s offering to help anyway,I wouldn’t worry about the disclaimer for now; not sure who to tag to do a double-check… perhaps @ryanh?

[OBSOLETE] Gentle Wake Up

I’ve been trying to get the Gentle Wake Up app to work and having some difficulties, or I’m not understanding what it’s trying to do. I get it to start at the set time and brighten for the set time, say 10 min. After that it dims al the way back down and starts all over again. Am I missing something? I thought it would just stay at full brightness after that point.
