ST (Samsung Connect) App not updating

Hi:

I have recently added new devices to my home, but these are not displayed on the new App, only on the Classic, although the new devices are fully supported and I have more of the same brand / reference that are displayed and fully operational…

I have logged out, uninstalled the App, installed it again, but no success, I don’t see the new devices. It’s like the new App is not getting synchronized…

The new devices are fully operational on the Classic App, and I can even see them on the Automations on the new App, but still not displayed under Devices or on the rooms…

Any suggestion?

Contact ST support at https://support.smartthings.com and have them look into your issue. Possible they need to sync your data to get everything to show properly.
