I think your device doesn’t use the tuya private cluster 0xEF00, and my driver is for that cluster.
Fortunately, you can use the Mariano’s Zigbee Smoke/CO Detector Mc driver, Post Requests for Zigbee Edge Drivers Here (community-created) - #1359 by Mariano_Colmenarejo
