I bought three zigbee smoke detectors and I wrote a new driver for them. The fingerprints are:
Manufacturer: _TZE200_rccxox8p Model: TS0601 (tested)
Manufacturer: _TZE200_m9skfctm Model: TS0601
If you want use the driver, it is available on my channel
I used the data point information that I found on kkossev’s driver for Hubitat Elevation Many thanks again.
The driver has several capabilities like, smoke, hardware fault, silence alarm, … The smoke concentration is supposedly in ppm but I believe it is a percentage. I have never seen it go over 100 in my tests. The device only reports battery status when it is in test or smoke mode, so you can perform a test once a month as recommended by the manufacturer.

Hi otivax, thanks for the driver, but I’m having issues selecting the driver and hoping you can please assist. I have purchased the same smoke detector from your link on aliexpress, with same model “TS0601”, but it seems the manufacturer code is now slightly different “_TZE284_rccxox8p”. Could this be the issue preventing me from changing the driver? (Using an aeotec smart hub). Thank you
hey Paul_Oliver, thank you for the suggestion. I just tried it from Mariano’s drivers, but it doesn’t seem to work either. Are you using a smoke detector that is compatible with ZigBee Smoke/CO Detector Mc? If so, could you please proved a link. Cheers

I added the fingerprint of your device TS0601 _TZE284_rccox8p. I found it uses the same datapoints as mine.

Please, check the driver version. It should be 2025-03-20T18:30:52.985245918
You can install other driver like zigbee thing and then reinstall this driver.

Oh, i think that’s where i went wrong. How do i get the latest driver from you? I have “2024-04-11T16:55:06.242330485”, if i delete it and then go back to your channel and press install again for “zigbee tuya smoke detector Otivax”, it reinstalls the same one.
