If you are referring to using the Ring Gen 2 keypad to control a lock which is present in ST with its functions exposed then I dont see any reason why you couldnt do it using routines.
If you are referring to using this driver with your lock keypad, then I very much doubt it will work and you will need to find/request/write a suitable driver: Post Requests for Edge Drivers Here (community-created)
