As the title says.
I just received the package today for the hub v2 and power outlet however I can’t get the 2 devices to pair.
I follow all instructions.
Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you can’t connect your outlet. I would reach out to support@smartthings.com and they can definitely help you get sorted out.
bring the 2 devices closer… like under 10 ft (in the same room) and try again, if its still a no go then yeah like tim said contact support

I moved it right beside the hub to pair…
