Hi folks, subsequent to an update a few months back my smart things connect home ET–WV520 hub is showing up off-line in my home, but continues to operate both the Wi-Fi and my smart devices as normal. I simply can’t get into it to change anything with the actual Wi-Fi network or run any sort of repair that you would normally need to access the hub to do.
Has anyone seen this or have any recommendations on how to resolve the issue?
I’ve done the usual soft reset but I have so many devices hooked up to this in a remote location that I would rather not have to go through a full scale hub rebuild.
