SmartThing Hub On/Offline all the time

My Hub keeps going On and Offline all the time… I’m about to throw it out the window and I just bought it 2 months ago. HELP!!!

Is AT&T Uverse your ISP by any chance? If not, then contact support as mentioned above , or refer to this thread, where this was solved for AT&T Uverse users,
