I keep having an issue adding new devices to my smartthings setup.
I have 4 Smartthings WiFi hubs, and when I attempt to add a device I get the error:
Couldn’t add device
You need a hub to connect to this device
This occurs when I try to select the device (add - devices - search - Ikea - light). When I scan it simply spins and finds nothing.
All my currently connected devices and automations work fine. I’ve tried turning off all the jobs, and only turning on the main hub, same error.
I spent a free hours this past weekend doing this in different orders and combinations and was finally able to add some motion sensors, but today I’m trying to add lights (tradfri) and getting the same error again.
Any ideas?
