SmartThings WiFi (ET-WV525) all sub-hubs status "checking..." and Plume cannt optimize mesh wifi

This issue has been around for a few months and is getting worse. I’ve tried factory reset, deleting hubs, and re-setup it, but nothing seems to work. Right now, the sub-hub status keeps saying “checking.”

It will not correct itself. Speculation is that communication between the Plume cloud and the hubs is broken due to a certificate issue and that there is no mechanism to replace the certificate. As I said, it’s speculation, but neither Plume nor ST has provided a solid explanation for why it’s occurring. Basically, all the advanced features of Plume are no longer working and only basic Wi-Fi functionality is being provided.
