Smartthings <> Tuya app

So the SmartLife app is showing that the devices have a SmartThings integration, but they are not showing up in SmartThings. And you are using the Tuya integration. Correct?

I personally have 4 Tuya Wi-Fi breakers that show as having a SmartThings integration but don’t show up in SmartThings.

So a couple of things:

1. You could try the SmartLife integration instead of the Tuya integration and see if it works any better.

2. You can refresh the Tuya integration in SmartThings and see if that works. Go to Menu tab in lower right corner > gear in upper right corner > Linked Services > Tuya > Refresh in lower left corner.

3. If the above fail: The integration is owned and maintained by Tuya, so you should contact them.

Work around - Here is the long version. Pair each device with the SmartLife or related app. In the SmartLife or related apps create separate Tap-to-Run (Scenes) automations. Then in SmartThings: add device (+), add partner devices, chose Smart Life (or related integration), and follow prompts. When you go back to the devices tab in SmartThings you will find ON and OFF switches for each device possibly under No Room Assigned. They will say they are Connected. You can wake them up by turning them on and off. You only need to do this once for each imported switch. Create a virtual switch in SmartThings using the Advanced Web App, the vEdge Creator Edge Driver or using SmartThings Labs on the Menu tab in the mobile app. ST Labs.
