SmartThings No Longer Works

Thank you all so much for your time and assistance. I AM A COMPLETE AND TOTAL IDIOT ! When I went to open the old account on my phone, it required an updated SmartThings app, and I had another email address which I used not recalling which address I used originally. Thanks to you all excellent individuals, I eventually went to the Advanced Web App on my Computer, and after several unsuccessful attempts, signed in with the correct email address and low and behold, the hub and all my devices were there!! I was about ready to bag it and give up - I never would have figured this out without all of you.

**THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!! (**Now all I have to do is figure out how to cleanup my phone which still wants the wrong address)

I talked to a spervisor at Smartthings support who admitted to me that Smartthings had broken the ability of the Smart Home Connect to do an exclusion. This has been the case for a month. A month ago, I noted that Smartthings had lost all of my devices and routines , which suggests that the loss of exclusion problem also dumpted my devices and routines. So now, I can’t get back what they lost because they also cut the ability to do excludes. No word when this might be fixed. I have been able to install a couple of replacement devices and rebuild many of many routines. This is a hobby, not a job
