Smartthings multi sensors are not reporting acceleration

I have two of these in mood cubes in my bedroom to control the nightstand lights. But for some reason they have stopped working. If I take out the battery and place it back in, it will work for a few seconds then stop again. It’s only the acceleration sensor that is not reporting. They still send temperatures and report open/close events just fine.

What is wrong with these?

I had the same problem. I had to create a ticket through ST support and it was replaced under warranty.

Try a new battery. The acceleration sensor will stop working on a low battery before the device itself stops working.
