SmartThings hub sth-eth200 - Lost welcome code

Hi good morning,

I have a hub I have had for 10 years, have just moved countries and want a fresh start with a new account as it is easier than deleting devices one by one.

The welcome code card probably went in the bin with the box 10 years ago unfortunately

My SN is 4000305349

Is there a way of getting a new/my existing code please?

I reviewed your Hub, and it appears as ‘CLAIMED.’ This means it is already installed on the SmartThings platform, and you won’t be able to claim it with another account. Here are some instructions to reset the Hub:

  1. Connect the Hub via ethernet
  2. Then, follow the steps to factory reset it. Here’s a link that has the instructions for different models:
