Staff normally are not available until weekdays. You may want to use the Contact us in the app under Menu to see if Support will issue the Welcome code over the weekend.

I reviewed your Hub, and it appears as ‘CLAIMED.’ This means it is already installed on the SmartThings platform, and you won’t be able to claim it with another account. Here are some instructions to reset the Hub:
- Connect the Hub via ethernet
- Then, follow the steps to factory reset it. Here’s a link that has the instructions for different models:
