I’ve recently purchased a 2nd hand Smartthings hub which is asking for a welcome code when I try and add to my Smartthings app. The seller has provided what he believed to be the code but it was nine characters including lower case which, unsurprisingly, didn’t work. I’ve emailed support and included a picture of the serial number and replied to their email with account details/permission etc but can mods on here provide them?
