Smartthings home monitoring is a waste of money!

I have tried to speak with Smartthings on multiple times and they keep saying they are fixing “a software issue” or they have pushed through a fix but my smartthings monitoring is still broke. Though it senses I’m home it still triggers the alarm. There is no way to disarm it, manually or by saying I’m back. For as system that I have invested so much in, it turns out I have spent a lot of money to turn on and off my bedroom light!! This is annoying and unacceptable with a support that does nothing and is frustrating since it takes so long to talk to someone through email.
