SmartThings error 31-164 of Robot cleaner

Hello. I bought pre-owned VR20K9350WK/SB, and having problem to connect it with Smart Things app. Adding robot cleaner to app, it passes all stages, and stops when device is going to be registered to Samsung account. Error code for it is 31-164. Any ideas, if previous owner should delete device from somewhere, or restar is needed?
