Hey there! @Clayton_McDonnell, Welcome to the Community! I’m so sorry to hear that you are having an issue with onboarding your Microwave Wall oven into the Smart Things App and are receiving an error code.
When you receive the error code 31-164, Do you see a (?) at the bottom that is clickable? This should provide you with troubleshooting steps to attempt to resolve the onboarding issue.
Can you also confirm that you have attempted to add the device by the model code of your specific model? Navigation Pathway: Smart Things App>Devices Tab> (+)Add Device > Search Bar > NQ70M6650 and attempt to onboard that way. Additionally, what about the scan nearby for ready-to-be-claimed devices?
If the symptom persists after attempting the troubleshooting steps from the Help menu, you should create a Smart Things Support Ticket and submit your attached error logs.
