Exactly the same problem for me, something weird is happening. Just restarted now and the hub is back up and the zigbee devices are responding but not the Wifi devices. I live in the UK by the way.

Also down here (in the UK) - thought it was just me as https://status.smartthings.com/ shows everything is fine
Same in Romania, nothing works except local automation switches (zigbee)
Im finding mine is working local but thats it, no links with Alexa, app very hit and miss, Action Tiles seems to be working partly showing temps and on off actions, never seen anything like this before. Im in the UK
Tried to use my smartthings but that says i have no location!
The problem occurred just after the my hub was updated to firmware 52.5 and I thought it had something to do with it, but it is something general issue.
my.smartthings.com does not work either and with the CLI I cannot access the Hub and any channels and drivers
The hub is still running locally and the routines are running fine

I went to hub and could not get to driver menu, seems to have been playing up since around 15:30 today here in UK
Same here in Germany. Let’s hope it gets fixed quickly. Weirdly enough https://status.smartthings.com/ is reporting all services as operational
The last time I can see the 52.5 firmware of the Hub in my.smartthings.con was 16:40 UTC and it just disconnected and has not been able to connect again
Same here! almost thought about RESETing the damn thing.
Mine’s still on version 51.02 so I’d assume the firmware update doesn’t have anything to do with this chaos
Same issue here too, UK based. Nothing’s working now, oddly the Zigbee stuff stopped working first, then the WiFi stuff that is connected via HomeAssistant. Rebooted the hub, now it won’t even come up in the app.
As a data point, the app is working OK in the US for me.
And my.smartthings.com is available to me as well. So sounds regional.
Im on 05 its just starting coming back now, but not back on alexa yet
Currently my hub status in the app is “connected” but nothing is working - either using the app to try to control devices/routines or via Google.
I have even unplugged the hub and its status remains “connected”
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
It’s been so long since I had to use light switches!
