So it’s not just me, am assuming it’s a smartthings issue.
Everything seems to be down worldwide, at least outside the US. There’s a few posts on Reddit and Twitter on this as well, and it seems to have started roughly an hour and a half ago.
Weirdly enough, https://status.smartthings.com/ is reporting all statuses as operational.
Same here…everything in my smartthings system has stopped responding.

The incidents page is incorrect at time of this post
For some unknown reason, my whole “home” dissapeared.
In smartthings app, everything is shown as frozen in place, I cannot control anything.
in web variant there is showing no location as can be seen in the attached screenshot.
in advanced mode, is showing the location with an error
as seen attached
I’ve restarted the internet (there is no issue)
I’ve restarted the smartthings hub - it have green light, everything looks normal on my side.
I suspect some smartthings servers/systems went rogue.
By the way, local automations seems to work just ok.
Does anyone what is going on?

Devices / Scenes / Rules, all of them.
I’ve got the same issue here. Tried reinstalling app, restart of hub and wifi but nothing loads and no devices to see. I’ve reported the issue through smartthings app and recommend doing the same so we get more attention on the matter.
My location is Europe. What about you guys?

Same here, everything is just loading when i click on it. Automations are still working.
Same issue here in the Netherlands. Nothing is working at this point (Wifi,Zigbee,Zwave).
Best thing to do is wait, DO NOT TRY TO FIX IT
I have the same issue, almost everything is down. My buttons still work but in the app I see wrong statuses. Location Poland (EU)
Same issue here. Faroe Islands. Can’t even access the hub itself thru smartthings.
Fair to say its the biggest outage i have seen for years by the looks of the wide location outages

Same issue here, Sweden.
Both of my hubs are dead, my entire smarthome setup is no longer working. Because pretty much everything in my house is controlled through my hubs, I run two of them and test them regularly without internet. How is it possible that both are not functioning at all?
For the record, I have an aeotec v3 and ST station.
