I am in the UK but my main Samsung account is tied to the graph.api.smartthings.com shard and that normally seems to class me as in the Americas when issues are reported. I don’t know if that is relevant in this case.
(My other account was added to ST this year and is on NA04).
My other devices seems to be okay, but the hub is shown as offline in the new app. In the classic app ans web the hub is seen as online. Uninstalling the app did not help.
I’ve just gone and tried that and it has worked for me too. But only on the zigbee things so far. A cloud->cloud connected device has not come back, and I haven’t worked out what to do with the one Hue bulb that is showing offline (via Hue Bridge)
Fortunately my one c2c device wasn’t affected, not that it is working anyway. I guess with the devices only appearing in the IDE as placeholders there isn’t really that much that can be done from there. The only approach vector would be through the Linked Services menu and I’m not sure there will much there to twiddle with either.
Ok in fact the Hue light also just needed renaming in the ST IDE, so now everything is sorted apart from the Sensibo aircon controller. I guess it’s not too much effort to disconnect the service and reconnect.
This worked for me renaming each of the incorrectly reported devices in the IDE then changing them back.
Worked for both local and cloud connected.
