SmartThings crashing on TV?

So, I just added my Washing Machine to SmartThings, and then when I open SmartThings on my Samsung TV, it just hangs for 30 seconds at the Dashboard and get me back to home. I suspect this is a crash, why did this happen?

What I tried

  • Actually deleting the washing machine to see if it works (doesn’t work)
  • Switching to another account with SmartThings
  • Deleting SmartThings and reinstall (Setup screen responsive but after get into dashboard, everything hangs and crash to home again)
  • Force reboot TV

TV information

  • QA65Q70CAK (XXV)
  • Running latest TizenOS (OneUI updates)
  • This happens in version 2036.

And unfortunately, no logs. Since Samsung moved store to home screen, I had no idea about the shortcut to open remote debugging.

*Edit: push notifications from SmartThings still works.

This also happens to me after switching countries in the Samsung Account. Did you recently switch? If so, try logging in and out, it works for me.

Otherwise, I suggest factory resetting your TV.

Retry logging in doesn’t work, it’s the same. I think I will factory reset it. I will tell you if it works or not
