SmartThings app on my Samsung TV problem

OK , I AM going to apologize up front so I apologize. I bought a Samsung TV about 4 months ago. I have have skills but tech and my understanding of the subject is basically nil. But I can build you a home.lol
But the TV when I first set it up it set up thru smart things. The part that you can control various things from my phone. I really don’t even need the smart things at this point because I only have the TV on menu hooked up.But the last 3 weeks it’s been going offline constantly. I cannot get any TV at this point now , which is why I’m here. I have Netflix and Fubo streaming service along with Max and Paramount plus. Could someone help me fix this problem and the easiest way to get my streaming services and TV to working .like I said if deleting smart things all together is easier , I’m good with that but I have no idea what I’m doing and any help would be appreciated.

SmartThings app, menu, contact us, error reports, device went offline, send without diagnostics, select TV, continue, fill form, send.
