Without an update to my OS or app, smartthings has started to close itself this morning. I open it, and after one interaction, any interaction it closes itself. I cleared cache, data and reinsalled and nothing has worked. I’m running oneui 8.5 on an S25 ultra. Anyone else experienced this before?
Hi. Same problem here, on s25 ultra. On old phone s22 ultra it is working.
I’ve not been able to get it working on multiple android devices, only on my samsung fridge.
Same here not working on Goole Pixel or Pixel tablet. Tried reinstalling and restarting device etc.
Broken for me too, Pixel 10 + other Android devices…

Same thing to me and all of my devices are gone!!! i try to update my password to try to solve the problem but all of my 85 devices are gone!! Seems i need to create all again!!!
Same here… SmartThings app keeps crashing, same issue across multiple smartphones. Initially I thought my Samsung account has been corrupted so I tried to login to web. I did manage to log-in but then after a short while, it also threw an error. I tried to login again but then ALL my setup (location, home, hub, devices, routines) are ALL GONE!!!..
Hope this is something Samsung would fix & restore.
Exact same issue I have now. Hopefully Samsung can restore ALL our setup from the Cloud.
Is it still the same case for you? Coz when I checked on other phones, initially it shows my home settings but then after few seconds the app suddenly refreshed & all my setup is gone.

Spent over half an hour with support chat. Nothing working for me still, they’ve raised the issue internally, this is how they signed off

I have also tried on an S21 & still it crashes with in a second or so.

Same here on Samsung s24 ultra, S25+..just for info it still working normally on I phone.
I’ve tried after leaving it for a couple of hours, and now seems to be working without issue.
Seems to have sorted itself out for me now too
