I don’t know if it’s a Brazil configurations issue or whatever but I have Samsung products fir as long I can remember and there’s no way to get anything done with the app. Among other things I will share a kinda long story but an interesting and important matter. I’ve a RF IR Remote Control Tuya compatible that is controlling a Springer A/C (Smartthings compatible) a Samsung TV and a Soundbar (not gonna state the obvious) via IR and a celling fan and a garage door via RF. I have all of my Samsung devices registered on my Samsung Account and the Smartthings app at my phone sometimes shows me all of them but it can’t control some of them quite regularly but it detects all of them 80% of the time. Now…the TV is the problem! I just bought a 65" Qled TV that allegedly has a Zigbee, Zwave, Matter and Smartthings hub integrated but it is a huge deception and the reason I’m going crazy. It just shows a few devices (about 4) and the Zigbee hub is impossible to access. There’s no way I can get into it and search for Zigbee devices, another thing is that it shows me 2 (???) Light sensor from the TV that also does nothing and the reading is always at 1 (complete dark). Even though I have my SmartLife and Smartthings account connected they don’t share any information. According to all kinda sources of information it is necessary just change the name of the controlled devices at third-party app to something that Smartthings would understand (a compatible A/C and 2 Samsung devices should do the trick, right?) That it would be integrated to Smartthings. I tried SmarLife, Tuya, Moes and a lot more apps and got nothing. The best part of it? Everytime I have some hours to spend and patience I try to get explanations from Samsung and eveytime they don’t understand what I mean and hang up the phone. All of that summarizes to these 2 questions: Anyone else faces these problems and if so any information regarding fixing the problem? And, is Samsung crew the worst company contact center everywhere or just in Brazil? Just a detail, I said the TV only recognizes 4 devices and I have, all Samsung, 3 TVS, 1 Home Theater, 1 Soundbar, 1 Laptop, 2 cellphones and a smartwatch.
