SmartThings App/Browser two-step authentication broken

Hi SmartThings Community. I have been using the SmartThings Android app for a couple years without any issues. I use it to change lock codes at two cabins we manage. All the sudden, I was required to log in. It takes me to a browser to log in and then requests a code which I have sent to my phone. All this is normal for a log in. However, once I enter the code I received, it just resets the two-step authentication page and automatically sends me a new code. This continues until Samsung has decided that I’ve exceeded the number of two-factor codes. Note I can log in through my computer without a problem. It’s only on my phone that this happens. Need help urgently. This is a security issue. Thanks!
