Two-step verification not working (July 2020)

For the last two days I’ve tried to log into the Smartthings ide and after I log in it says it’s going to send me a text with a code. This has worked in the past but now I never receive the code. My phone number has not changed nor has anything on my account. It asks for a back up code but I don’t have access to that. Any help is greatly appreciated.
