I moved from South Africa a year ago but still use the same Samsung mobile. Smarthings won’t recognise a TV because the model wasn’t certified in SA! I’ve changed my phone location, but presumably it’s picked up my EMEI number as being from there. How do I solve this please?
You will need to contact support. Your Samsung account was registered for the old country location and it will need to be changed to your new country.
