I changed the country in my Samsung account. As a result, I lost access to all connected smartthings devices.
I don’t care what country is listed in my profile. I should never have changed it in the first place, because in practice it does not matter to me. Now I can’t change it back until 180 days have passed. In any case, I don’t know if it would make all devices reconnected.
I can’t easily reconnect them manually since they are located 3.5 hours flight away.
Is there any way to solve this problem?
If you haven’t already done so… I would recommend reaching out to Support. in the ST app, tap on Menu and select Contact us to find the contact methods available to you. Or since it involves your Samsung account, you can go to Samsung’s website and scroll to the bottom of the page for Support. Good luck!

Hi @Kjell
The recommendation is to go through Customer Support, but if you do not receive the necessary assistance, you can contact us again.
I thought this was the right place to address such an issue. Can you give me the contact details for the correct customer support?
Kind regards
Kjell A. Hauge
